		<description>Nico's points are well made. While no program is perfect, at least this tiny bit of federal government money is money well spent. The biggest incentives, of course, are not only monetary (the grant plus lower energy bills!), higher comfort levels, and also knowing that one is doing something positive for the planet.
The more action we take the more likely governments will follow.
